Where to restart in Valheim
If you are coming back after a long break, restart from your last defeated boss and follow the next biome gate.
Fast restart checklist
- Check your last defeated boss trophy or power.
- Review your current food tier before entering a new biome.
- Rebuild portal labels and recovery chests before boss attempts.
- Confirm whether your world has already generated new update areas.
- Use the progression route instead of jumping straight into Ashlands.
