The summon item is not the readiness check

Three Ancient seeds let you start The Elder fight, but the safer readiness check is portal, food, fire arrows, repaired gear, and a cleared altar.

  • +Store seeds until the altar route and recovery portal are ready.
  • +Do not summon at night just because the materials are in your inventory.
  • +Bring spares only if you intentionally plan multiple attempts.

Drops from greydwarf brutes, shamans, and spawners.
